Purpose
The North Texas Cheetahs, a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization, is dedicated to providing training, education and encouragement for youth girls ages 7-18 years in track and field.  The primary purpose of our organization is to develop the  skills and disciplines which are essential to learning and improving in the area of track and field competition, while continuing to maintain a high academic standard.

To reach this objective we:

 

  • Motivate athletes to improve their academic achievement.
  • Develop good sportsmanship, by promoting friendship and fair play.
  • Develop competitiveness, by establishing well-organized programs and competitions.
  • Develop strong bodies, minds, self-discipline, self-esteem, and high moral standards.


NTC Ongoing Commitments 
            
  • Provide ongoing educational information to help in the fight against Teen Bullying, Drug and Alcohol Abuse, Teen Pregnancy and Depression/Teen Suicide Teen issues such as Bullying Teen Pregnancy.  
  • Continue community based educational tutorial program to assist with educational challenges 
  • Continue NTC Homeless & Toy Drive Initiatives
